State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for Foundation Asha Scholarship Program- 2024. Students of 6th to 12th standard and studying in institutes ranked in top 100 NIRF ranking can apply.

Subject to family income limit, applying students must have secured 75% marks in the previous academic year. There will be 50% reservation for women. Preference will be given to SC and ST category students. Rs 12,000 for school students, Rs 50,000 for graduate students, Rs 70,000 for postgraduate students, Rs 2 lakh for IIT students and Rs 7.50 lakh for IIM students. Scholarship is given up to Eligible and interested students should apply by October 1.

What is the eligibility for the‌ SBI scholarship?

Indian nationals are eligible to apply

Applicants should be studying in class 6 to 12 in the current academic year.

Students must have secured 75 percent or more marks in their previous academic year examination

The applicant’s total annual family income cannot exceed INR 3,00,000.

Important information to know

50% slots will be reserved for female applicants.

Preference will be given to students belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories.

Previous academic year mark sheet (12th Class/Graduation/Graduation, as applicable)

Government issued identity document (Aadhaar Card)

Fee payment receipt for the current academic year

Current Year Admission Proof (Admit Card/Institution Identity Card/Bonafide Certificate)

Bank account details of the applicant (or parent).

Proof of Income (Form 16A/Income Certificate from Government Authority/Salary Slips, etc.)

Passport size photographs of the applicant

Caste Certificate (for those who apply)
