NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Chapter II, Section 1 Of D.Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited Service Rules 1978, the Government Of Karnataka proposes to make certain amendments to D.Devaraja Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2013.

Any objections or suggestions from the affected persons on this amendment may be addressed to the Secretary to Government, Backward Classes Welfare Department, 2nd Floor, Room No.202, Vikasa Soudha, Bangalore-560001, within fifteen days of this publication.

DRAFT RULES

Objections/Suggestions received after the stipulated date will not be considered.

1. Title and Commencement:-

(1) These rules may be called the D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited, (Cadre and Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2025.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication.

2. Amendment of Cadre and Recruitment rules:-

In the Cadre and Recruitment Rules of D. Devaraj Urs Backward Classes Development Corporation Limited appended with 0.M No://2-106/2011-12, Dated: 11.11.2013.

(1)For the entries relating to the category of post of” District Manager/ Recovery Officer” at serial No. 8, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
